Ramada by Wyndham Yogyakarta

The hotel is nice and quite spacious, the rooms are nice, they have youtube on the TV, the bathroom is nice and the rooms are clean, also the parking lot is quite spacious, there are lots of cars parked too,the food is quite good it's good for vacation and working in Jogja because the price is affordable,I can't wait to come back to this hotel! 👍👏

We stayed at Ramada for 2 night , I left my international adaptor and 3 cable charger plugged on the wall and just realized it is gone the next day when needed to charge . So I called the hotel - no answer , I send WhatsApp message - no reply , trying to contact them for 2 days till finally somebody replying to my message , said they couldnt find anything in my room . i ask them to look again because no other place I left it other than the room . Yet no one reply , I ask the GM to get back to me , no comment . Really to be honest this is the FIRST TIME I lost my stuff in the hotel room and yet even the GM doesnt want to make any comment nor apologized . Horrible hotel , new room but alot of mold in it , the food are always serve short in 2 days event , not a good management hotel . Very disappointed , will not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel .

They charge $17 dollars for a half a load of laundry. That is a ridiculous amount of money… where is the conscience of these people? They charge $dollars for drink that is 40 cents at the store down the road. Avoid this hotel. My first room smelled like mold too. Yea they are friendly but not ok in prices.
