The staff here are incredibly friendly and always attentive to even the smallest details, making the stay truly comfortable. The morning breakfast team is exceptional — their hospitality and warm service make every day start on a high note. Highly recommended!

Very poor experience at this property. Cockroaches inside bed room. Ac didn't work, electric coffee maker plug point was faulty, flushing mechanism was faulty too. Breakfast is too generic with very few options and repeated the same day. Don't expect this from such a name. Surely won't visit again and would recommend others too to look for some other property instead of this. Not maintained at all and the rooms look very dated. Management should look into it.

The manager was extremely rude. I don’t recall her name, but her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior towards guests. I've stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The level of service was unacceptable, and I found the staff’s attitude to be shockingly poor. Additionally, there was no assistance provided for carrying luggage to or from the room, which further added to the inconvenience. Overall, I was deeply dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this place. The checkout experience was extremely unpleasant. I had to return my rented vehicle, which caused a slight delay, and when I returned to the hotel to access my room, I found that it had already been checked out—I couldn’t even open the door. It wasn’t even 12:00 PM yet, which is the standard checkout time. We went down to the reception and explained that our luggage was still inside the room. The staff gave us just 5 minutes to retrieve it. I politely requested an extra 15 minutes to freshen up, but they refused, saying the hotel was fully booked. However, I could clearly see that many rooms (at least 10 or more) had already been vacated. As we returned to the room, the phone rang immediately, and we were told to come down right away or we’d be charged extra. It was overwhelming—I just needed a moment to breathe. The whole experience felt rushed and disrespectful. Honestly, it was unacceptable.
