Good Bang for the Buck April 2025 Awesome place. Very reasonably priced. Good. Excellent service. Breakfast had vast varieties of cuisines. Service was Excellent. Sukhjinder n her colleague Prinka provided Excellent dining experience. Issues. Next door wedding hall Music kept me up till 2am. 🥲 I may come back yet again.
I stayed at Ramada near Amritsar Airport with my family in December. The staff was courteous and professional, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. However, we faced a major issue with the room AC not working, which caused discomfort and a feeling of suffocation, especially during the night. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures the AC systems are properly maintained for future guests. This small fix can really elevate the overall guest experience.
Ramada Encore is a well decorated hotel with nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. The rooms are neat and clean as well. The staff are helpful and kind. However, The breakfast proved to be a huge disappointment. The Dosa was sour, The chutney tasted rotten and sour, and the pakoras were NOT fresh and extremely sour. The pancakes and Kulcha were fine, however the Aloo subji was quite tasteless. Moreover, we were very surprised to find out that the latte was chargeable in the "complimentary" breakfast! I have never seen such outrageous things happening in other 4/5 star hotels. It would be highly appreciated if the breakfast was improved and please do answer my question: why isn't your latte part of the complimentary breakfast?
