This place is a real charm because of the amazing staff who work in the restaurant. Kaushik and Amit went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Kaushik, especially, has the best hospitality I’ve experienced always focused on making sure I enjoyed my food and followed up on what I liked. The continental breakfast and dinner were absolutely mind-blowing. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Amit and Anil ensured the dining experience was seamless, Kaushik impressed with his prompt and courteous service, and Sanjay’s friendly demeanor made every meal more enjoyable. We experienced extremely poor service quality at this hotel. The billing process appeared questionable, with what seemed like a proxy or inflated bill. Overall, the facilities and service level were substandard and not suitable for corporate events. Recommendation: Please avoid using this hotel for any future corporate gatherings or official bookings.
