Front desk was amazing from the start, management was professional. The Bar staff was incredible. Jose-Juan made killer drinks, Susi the waitress went above and beyond, with a genuine smile. The chef added chile de árbol to my Italian diablo pasta as I requested (SO DAM GOOD). Basically I received a happy ending. PS: The room was super, super, super clean. I highly recommend Ramada Encore close to GDL Airport...
Good hotel, close to the airport, with an option to park your car during your travel and an internal shuttle to the airport. The only point to improve is the noise, they have some activities (like karaoke) that happen late night and was very loud.
It's not bad. It's very close to the airport, about 5-10 drive to get there. Getting to the hotel takes longer since you have to deal worth all the traffic.
