Cons: • During our three-night stay, room service only came once, despite multiple follow-ups. • The breakfast was very basic for the price we paid. • There was a persistent and strong smell of food in our room. Even though I repeatedly asked for help — especially because we had a 3-month-old baby — no one responded or took action. • Due to the situation in Iran, we were forced to stay in the hotel. I politely asked the manager for a small discount, but my request was dismissed without any consideration or empathy. Pros: • The hotel staff were polite and respectful. • The location was convenient for our needs.

Absolutely the shittiest hotel ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID IT ALL COSTS. The front desk staff was unbelievably rude, especially one Turkish male employee who clearly has no understanding of hospitality. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the behavior of the staff was worse than anything you’d expect even at a 1-star property. After waiting for so long, they finally “served” food that looked like it came from a children’s menu literally nuggets and fries, no effort, and completely inappropriate for hungry, tired adults. It was insulting. I’ve been in hostels that treated guests better than this place. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go anywhere else. This hotel and especially THE STAFF here are a complete disgrace to the hospitality industry. This experience was so disappointing and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The worst experience ever my friend had to face. For what is this is hotel a 4 star service, the front desk is HOPELESS. You’re literally working in customer service and you ought to serve your guests well and show basic respect. My friend was being so patient and talking to the front desk and the guy was not even looking at the face just looking everywhere else. My friend had his passport and THERE WERE ROOMS AVAILABLE BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER PAYING ATTENTION TO THE GUEST. Instead they told to wait and later 20 guests came And immediately they served those guests first And then told my friend sorry no room. Then later they told okay go have dinner. And we will surely give you a room and yet after dinner so late at night they told no room. HOW Careless this is!!! And so so disrespectful. Never coming here again. I am glad.
