Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Avcilar

Nice modern hotel. Pleasant staff. Restaurant on top floor is nice although their electronic QR code menu shows a lower price than they charge. My rooms heating didn't seem affected by the wall panel controls. I phoned reception who said they would adjust from reception, didn't notice any change. Shower and washroom facilities good. The actual sleeping area was very spacious with a table but no chair. Fridge and safe provided.

Rooms were not soundproof. You could hear others showers, no wifi in the room. Maybe it was just fine to send a message on WhatsApp. The shower button came off after trying to put on the shower. Also I turned the ac on and I felt like it did not do anything. Also the breakfast buffet was kinda meh honestly. But the staff were all very kind though and the room looked nice. Its fine if you have data and don't care about good breakfast. Gym was very small like most hotel gyms, I couldn't find anything that the hotel offered outside the gym. Location wise: its far from the centrum from istanbul but close to the clinic I had to go to. Theres a mall close and a lot of food options. Therefore 5 stars.

I have been in events and tourism business for years and never stayed such a terrible hotel in my life. the hotel and the rooms literally stink. cannot bearable. the staff doesn't speak proper english. the breakfast is the worst I have ever seen. I had to leave early because the hotel literally disgusted me. cannot even tell how gross it was in general. the location is terrible also.
