We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Pros: Location: Perfect, close to everything you need. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, though the balcony view was not particularly special. Breakfast: Delicious and with a good variety. Staff: Everyone was friendly and helpful. Cons: The lobby is quite small with very limited seating for guests to wait or relax. The lifts are small and a bit slow, which can be inconvenient during busy hours. Special thanks to Aya – She was welcoming and supportive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

As three girls traveling together, we wanted a room with three beds, which wasn’t so easy to find. Thankfully, this hotel was a great choice! It was very clean, well-located, and the service was decent. From there, we could easily order Uber, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s restaurant was extremely delicious that we ate the last two days our dinner there. We loved the pastas the most. The only issue was that on one day, the changed bedsheet had a stain on it. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Sisli was a comfortable place to stay. The cleaning was truly outstanding — everything in the room felt fresh and spotless. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Rita and Aya, and Mustafa who went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. There was an issue with the AC that took some time to resolve, but the team handled it professionally by upgrading my room and even leaving a thoughtful gift. While the AC maintenance needs improvement, the hospitality made up for it.
