Ramada Encore by Wyndham Jalandhar

Very clean and beautiful hotel located in the middle of the city. Easily accessible and convenient to go about the city especially model town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is well stocked and serves yummy food. The halls are mostly busy with exhibitions and marriages held regularly. Amazing service.

Visited Ramada Encore Jalandhar with family and had a wonderful experience. The ambience was clean and welcoming, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We especially enjoyed the morning buffet – a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and great taste. It was a pleasant and comfortable outing for all of us. Would definitely recommend it for family gatherings and breakfast outings!

I had the most disappointing and frustrating stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham. Right from the check-in, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They made us feel like we were a burden instead of guests. Any requests we made were either ignored or delayed unnecessarily. Zero sense of hospitality. Coming to the food – bland, cold, and far from what you’d expect from a reputed chain like Wyndham. The restaurant staff was inattentive and slow. I’ve had better meals at roadside dhabas than what was served here. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management seriously needs to retrain the staff or replace them altogether. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful or pleasant stay.
