I just spent 5 nights here and after staying in every hotel & a few motels in Palmy this will mow be my goto! I had a great big room with separate bedroom (with its own TV). Plenty of cupboard space & own heating/cooling. Fantastic. It also had great kitchen, full fridge freezer & lounge with single bed, TV , couch, table & own heating. Also washer /dryer we used & the best bath in Palmy! Also great shower. Staff were lovely & promptly responded when I had an issue with a toaster, replacing it immediately. The location is excellent. For the price compared to all others this is fabulous . Even had a fab view over the hills even though this room I was told no view coz theres rooftops blocking it. My only negatives are - hard bed, awful pillows but I take my own & key entry is a pain. However the pro’s definitely outweigh. Definitely my preferred place now.

I had a great time here! The view from the 5th floor overlooking the town square is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, there are plenty of food options nearby, and I highly recommend trying “Pho Nem” just downstairs. The food there is delicious! The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The staff truly made the experience even better, everyone was so helpful and professional. A special shoutout to Rihanna at the front desk, she was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her warm attitude really stood out and made me feel right at home. On top of that, I noticed an electrician/technician doing routine checks early Saturday morning. I had a quick chat with him, and he explained that he was checking the emergency lighting along the exit paths. He was very polite and took the time to explain everything clearly, which just shows how committed the team is to safety and high standards. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend booking a stay here!

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Room was dirty , food scum in the microwave, un vaccumed, the last guests food still in fridge, mould on ceilings, strange white creamy patches on the curtains, bed was unmade and dust everywhere. When we requested another room the manger took us to, this room was just as bad if not worse. We then requested a refund. The manger stated he would be happy to issue a refund but would need to go via booking.com. the manger has since refused ti refund. I would not stay here ever again. Absolute waste of time. Again more lies below to cover up more lies. Yes another room was offered but was on the same state as the first room. Booking.com had requested you replied to an email stating the rooms where not up to standard. Which you agreed to do over the phone. This reply has since been refused. As for the abuse and racial comments you are out of your mind. Again more lies.. Just accept the refund and maybe get your cleaning team the training they so badly need. As stated I would not recommend anybody stay here. Terrible behavior from so called managers.
