Its an excellent option for stay with all the modern amenities (maybe except a swimming pool) within a budget. The staff is very warm & helpful. Everyone is ready to offer assistance & make things easy for you. Its a great team under Mrs Pritika. I had an amazing room & the food was delicious. They have their in-house bakery & laundry which is a huge advantage. Overall a great memorable experience & would love to come back again soon
Location of this Hotel is very nice ... right in the middle of whole Sevoke road stretch Cosmos mall is nearby Best part is the team over here specially Pritika ... so courteous and helpful. The food is very tasty and rooms are very nice Don't miss the breakfast 😋
I recently stayed here for two nights during a professional solo visit. The hotel is well-located on Sevoke Road, with premium accessibility to nearby malls, business hubs, and Siliguri's main transport routes. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with necessary amenities, with most being non-smoking. My overall stay was fairly pleasant, though several areas need attention. Pros: 🛏️ Spacious, well-maintained rooms (Deluxe, Premium, and Junior Suite options). 🛎️ Helpful housekeeping and support staff. 📍Excellent location with easy access to commercial centres. 🍳 Breakfast buffet includes standard options, including eggs. 🅿️ Premium city views and convenient urban location. Cons: 1. Limited Non-Veg Options: A surprising drawback for a global chain like Ramada is the pure vegetarian restaurant, with non-veg options only available via room service. While respecting local culture is important, restricting the in-house restaurant seems excessive—especially since this is likely influenced by the ownership's personal preferences rather than guest convenience. It does diminish the brand's international hospitality standard. 2. Unprofessional Billing Experience: During early morning checkout, I encountered unprofessional conduct at the front desk. A billing discrepancy (a standard call charge which I never made) was initially denied and I was expected to pay without any verification. Only after demanding call logs and threatening escalation to top management did they revoke the charge. This is unacceptable at any professional hospitality outlet. 3. Cab Coordination Issues: Their cab service for station drop is mismanaged, with no proper coordination. This created unnecessary hassle during departure. 4. Access Challenges During Rain: The main lobby isn't directly car-accessible, requiring guests to walk from the front gate—very uncomfortable in monsoon weather. Suggestions for Management: Revisit F&B policy to align with global hospitality norms. Train front office staff for professionalism, especially during early checkouts. Streamline coordination for transport services. Improve lobby access for all-weather convenience. In summary, the property is good, location is excellent, and rooms are comfortable. However, service quality and rigid policies fall short of the Ramada brand promise. Choose this place if your focus is location and stay comfort, but do not expect premium service standards.
