The room smells old, humid and been deserted for a long time, the bath area was clean and neat and the bed still okay, despite the smell ..
Entry quarantine
Room interior is nice.but front desk service not so good, some of the front desk staff are not so helpful, impolite and not accomodating. Assigning of non smoking room was not followed, have to complain to be transferred without charge. But the other staff helping you to get to the exhibit are nice. Housekeeping is also not good, spoon was not washed from day we checked in till we checked out. Cups wrre not washed once you leave the room. Room cleaning is not so good.
