Great Location and Exceptional Service! We arrived at Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View after a red-eye flight and we're pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. Brian, one of the most polite and professional staff members, accommodated our early check-in request with kindness and efficiency—an absolute lifesaver after a long journey! The room itself was a bit dated in design, but it was clean and we have all the basics we need. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the MTR, tram, and bus stations. There are also several convenience stores like 7/11, grocery shops, and cozy coffee spots nearby. It’s a great base for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the local food scene around the hotel. Within a 2-minute walk, we found a variety of restaurants serving delicious Hong Kong dishes—from roasted pork and goose to wonton and beef noodles. A true treat for food lovers! Overall, while the hotel may not be the most modern, the service, accessibility, and nearby dining options make it a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hong Kong.

Disappointing stay at Ramada Hong Kong – not recommended. The room was very small and cramped, with windows that do not open. The bathroom felt like a hospital shower – sterile and uncomfortable. Elevators are extremely slow and infrequent, arriving only every 20 minutes at best. Waiting for an elevator often takes at least 15 minutes. Basic amenities like water are not complimentary; you have to pay for everything. When requesting something simple from reception, such as extending your check-out time, you receive inconsistent pricing that starts low but ends up costing three times more. Overall, the rooms feel suffocating and poorly maintained. It’s better to pay more and stay somewhere comfortable and normal.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Away! If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Even before we arrived, things were already going wrong. Due to a health issue, we emailed the hotel multiple times requesting a date change. Not a single response for days. They only bothered to reply when we were almost on our way — by then, it was too late and completely pointless. Once we arrived, the nightmare only got worse. The staff were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. The reception behaved as if we were disturbing them by simply asking questions. Basic courtesy and hospitality were non-existent. The condition of the room was pathetic. Torn towels were handed to us like it was normal. The hairdryer didn’t work. They didn’t even bother to change the bedsheets — we had to sleep on the same dirty bed for our entire stay. Repeated complaints were ignored as if our comfort didn’t matter at all. This place is a complete mess from top to bottom — lazy staff, dirty rooms, terrible service, and zero accountability. Calling it a "hotel" is honestly a joke. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a waste of money, time, and energy. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even for free.
