Ramada Hotel and Suites Baku

Let me tell you about the hotel Building and rooms are very beautiful and nice Location is very good in town. You can easily access to many places in town will very little fair and soon Price is moderate and relatively affordable But mep services in the building is very poor. Cooling system is not as efficient as you expect from this hotel. People are trying to be helpful and make comfort while you stay there but services are not what you expect from a five star hotel. For those who like to see Baku and visit the site seeing this is a good hotel but those who love a relaxation in trip they need to find another hotel For those who care about details lotions and foams were expired in baths hotel service manager need to be more sensitive about these issues.

Not so great. No tea boiler in room . Breakfast is less than standard.the staff not friendly at all and charge extra money for any thing you ask them . But the room is clean with just 2 small bottle of water free every day .

Worst experience of ramada hotel. They are cheaters. The staff or employees are all well in plotting .at the check out day one of their staff came and started checking room and suddenly started tv which was already damaged. And they said that we did it we break their tv. So please guys when u check in any hotel espaecially ramada group of hotels please first check the room each and every thing. They charged the whole tv costing from us because they know that day is check out day. And no bill is given to us because the amount they have charged from us will be going in their pockets. So beware froma ramada hotels.
