Our stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul Şişli exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect centrally located in Şişli, close to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and transportation, yet very quiet and relaxing inside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. But the real highlight of our stay was the people especially the hotel manager, Mr. Cihan. He is truly one of a kind — kind, caring, attentive, and incredibly professional. His presence is felt throughout the hotel: everything is well-organized, warm, and welcoming. Mr. Cihan personally ensured our comfort, supported us during a difficult time, and made us feel at home. His empathy and leadership are rare to find in hospitality. The rest of the staff were also outstanding — always smiling, helpful, and respectful. Everyone from reception to housekeeping made us feel comfortable and supported. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul — whether for medical reasons, vacation, or business. Thanks to Mr. Cihan and the whole Ramada Şişli team — we will never forget your kindness and will definitely come back.

We really liked the staff at this hotel. Once, we accidentally left a bag during breakfast, and the staff not only found it but also remembered who it belonged to. The restaurant team, along with the manager Mohammed, made sure it was returned to us. We are extremely grateful for their honesty and helpfulness.

Central AC system , if the weather is hot later winter , you will suffer as there is no cooling. Also you cannot open the windows as it is noisy outside ( main road side). Also the windows are not dark enough as anyone in the neighbor building can see you. Price is high comparing to the age of hotel
