Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kusadasi

I dont really leave reviews but after reading some negative ones about the food and cleanliness of the hotel I thought I'd stand up for it. I've been on many all inclusive holidays and I found this hotel to be excellent. The food was plentiful with a great choice and the cleaning staff worked hard. Sadly I believe some complain as they want to get some sort of compensation. Or they are just ignorant or ungrateful. I heard someone complaining there wasn't any bacon. As they don't eat pork in a Muslim country I wonder what they expect. If you can't do without bacon for a week then stay in England for your holiday. Someone else said the food wasn't cooked. Well 6 of us for 2 weeks never found any food undercooked. It was hot, plentiful and very good. So please don't listen to the negative reviews. The hotel is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Keep up the good work Ramada hotel and suites.

The hotel was great. We went on an all inclusive stay, there was soooo much food. I do feel they should extend the eating times 1.5 hours isn’t enough time. It will help with wastage… The hotel had entertainment at night, not sure of this is the same during the week. Like quiz night and people performing. The bar for alcohol only opens at 10. So if you have an excursion early morning they cannot give a quick shot before you leave… Only issue regarding the room was the cleanliness in the showers, the grouting of the tiles were discoloured. Spa There is a spa where we had massages. They was nice, not strong enough. Salon There is also a salon, my friend did her hair, which we didn’t think was worth the money, the curls went flat by time we got back to the room. I did a pedicure, they didn’t fill the bowl to fully cover my feet only my bottom feet were in the water. I needed her to do the whole feet as I did a foot peal before the holiday. She also cut my toe which was bleeding, it’s been 1 week since and my toe is still hurting. I didn’t bother paint the nails as I was in pain. After I was done, I didn’t received a discount for my bleeding toe, he didn’t have exact change to give me so he went next door change and came back with a rip in half 50 lira. I guess he was hoping for me to say keep it. I took it. No one in the salon can speak English however they are charging tourist prices in euros. My other friend broke a nail. They do not have nail equipment to fix acrylic. The lady didn’t even had gel polish.

+ Transport was handled perfectly + Super friendly staff, except for one bartender + Beautiful pools + Great food + Great entertainment - The water was absolutely freezing, please heat it up a bit. Everyone had blue lips and was trembling. Most people didn't swim because of this reason. - Not everybody at the bar or at the omelette station speaks English, Dutch or German which can be very frustrating when you try to place an order. - There were not many cocktails and most of them did not taste very good. I would not have paid money for them, but they were all-inclusive. - At the poolside, water cups were given instead of plastic cups, which ruined the drinking experience. Will we be back? Yes, if the water won't be freezing anymore, because that was by far the biggest letdown. For the rest? Keep up the great work!!!
