We had a wonderful time and the hotel was close to just about everything. It was very easy to get around while using the light rail, which was just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Avoid. Horrific reservation and billing system prone to major errors. Then they place the burden on the customer to prove their error is wrong. Unless you want your visit ruined in this way, strongly recommend avoid this hotel.
The food is very tasty and the menu is rich. The cleanliness of the rooms is really low. When I entered the room, I found hairs in the bathtub, there was dust on all the surfaces in the room and on the dresser, there were even cobwebs. The hotel was full, so the four elevators were very busy, and twice one of the elevators also got stuck. My stay at the hotel was part of a work trip, otherwise I would not have stayed at this hotel.
