I changed rooms twice , immediately without any questions asked. Room service cheap great food super tasty arrived in 10 min always
We spend one night at these hotel and we were very satisfied. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was rich and delicious. We liked everything. We were first afraid hotel is little bit far from centrum but we walked till there and back with no problem, so the location is also good. If we ever return to Mersin, we will definately stay in these hotel again.
I am a freelance interpreter, and I was at the Ramada hotel for a 3-day conference from 9 to 11 June 2023. However, I did not stay at the hotel, but I had a chance to see the rooms which I think look more than good. The conference in general was very good.
