Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Batumi

Rooms was not bad ,location in busy area ( not for family oriented) there are around supermarkets, walking distance to the beach around 10 min . Cleaning room service was horrible , I think we left cleaner room after check out that cleaners did ... Reception people was nice and friendly. But waitress in the restaurant is horrible. They should to learn how to give a service for 5 stars hotel, specially price is not cheap .

Recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and overall, the property itself is very nice. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean right from our windows. The spa, pool, and fitness center are all excellent and well-maintained. Unfortunately, what really spoiled the whole experience was the attitude of the staff at the lobby. They were consistently rude, unwelcoming, and acted as if they were being forced to work there. It left a very negative impression, especially compared to how good the rest of the hotel is

Hello! I'll start by saying that this hotel is one of the most expensive in Batumi, but as it turned out, expensive only refers to the price of the rooms! We arrived at the hotel at 17:00, meaning our room should have been ready at 14:00, but as it turned out, it wasn't! We stood in line for forty minutes, while the reception staff kept repeating 5 minutes, 5 minutes! As a result, they were only able to check us in at 18:00! stench on the floor, when the air conditioner was turned on in the rooms there was also an unpleasant smell, the windows probably hadn't been washed for a very long time, dampness in the toilet, stench, no toilet brush! Tomorrow is very bad, there is not even water in bottles, for wine in Georgia (two glasses) at breakfast I paid 28 lari. Vegetables are not the first freshness, as well as fruits. The attitude of the staff is rude and unfriendly.
