I stayed here for 10 nights and I must say, my stay was more enjoyable because of Mesut, the restaurant manager. He’s very professional and kind. The food was really good, especially he made sure I wasn’t left starved since I don’t eat beef.
I was transfered to this hotel by pegasus Airlines as my flight was missed. Room is very good. Food was included for 3 meals and was good. The staff were nice and quick to help. The location is far away from everything. I think the SPA of this hotel is great but unfortunately was out of service. Just to add that as I was pegasus Airlines guest, everything must be explained for me as I almost missed the breakfast and lunch because didn't know about the times.
Staff especially Food Manager and Duty Desk Person Sinin was extremely rude. Our flight got delayed and airline gave us coupons. Food manager kept telling us how late it was and he wasn’t giving us any service and said it’s closed. I requested front desk person to change my room and he refused. Extremely pathetic staff and service. I will also report them to Ramada Corporate. As I love Ramada brand, but this is probably the worst Ramada I stayed in.
