Great stay, We came to İzmit because of the earthquake jn Istanbul without any plans or reservations, on the way we found that this is a suitable hotel but we were afraid if it’s ok or not so when arriving we booked one night it was nearly midnight and in the next morning we decided to extend our stay, we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel, the rooms, breakfast and the facilities pool, gym etc. The staff are nice, polite and cooperative . Only one point, the location is not the best in Izmit but as it’s a small city there was no problem to visit every where there. Recommended
The location of this hotel is perfect. A lot of places are next to it such as restaurants, pharmacy etc. The staff are amazing and friendly. Their welcoming smile and positive attitude made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attentiveness to my needs truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay memorable!
The TV is old and we couldn't find arabic channels on it. Also, they don't put coffee or black tea bags in the room. They always forget to put water in the room after they clean it everyday. The location is nice since it's close to many outlets and malls. But the view isn't really clear from the windows from 3rd floor.
