We were here for Marriage functions ,overall experience was good. Stay was very comfortable and hotel staff is very calm and helpful and the best thing is food was really good. Specially thanks to Mr. Patra (Banquet Manger), Mr. Bakshi (Front Manager) and Chef Rekhi who made our wedding memorable. we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would loved to visit again in future.

Executive staff were amazing and the local staff were great communications all services are good

Unethical,non professional staff , totally. It was not worthy of the huge amount of money we have spent. The service they had provided us was not up to mark and we had to request again and again for the single thing. Service was very slow, front dest staff was not professional and lack of staffing was there. As an hotelier it should be in their veins to not yell at their guest, still at the time of billing the F&B manager started yelling. Only the good thing about this hotel is the food rest was pathetic. Totally if anyone is planning to schedule their wedding at this venue they should think twice before going with. It is totally waste of money. Rather than looking like a branded hotel "Ramada", it seems to be like a non branded low budget hotel.
