Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Jeju Ocean Front

The hotel is close to the airport and by the ocean front. The building looks massive and nice from the outside. Check in/out was a breeze. Unfortunately, the rooms are below average. The bathroom is moldy, there were bugs in the room, and the furniture/ deco is dated.

Worst reception as a five star hotel ever. I was so surprised her attitude at lobby woman called Nara, she doesn't understand English even made a mistake how to say. Anyway she was not kind and looked like disgusted face for us obviously. At last she complained about it to a colleague! Not good manner Unbelievable hospitality.. Concierge men and relaxing salon was perfect though

We were disappointed in this hotel. We mainly came here because of the nice swimming pools they have, Sadly, we were not able to use the facilities. In order to use the pool at this hotel, you need to be fully equipped as a professional swimmer. Which is a bit disappointing since we did not come here to train for the Olympics, but rather came here to relax and enjoy the holiday. What is the purpose of having nice pools if you make it too complicated for your costumers to use them?
