The location is far from the city center only good if you are visiting the university hospital , the rooms have a bad odor doesn’t match with the Wyndham and Ramada quality the service was very slow , they claimed that the hotel is full but only one person at the reception and when she went somewhere I couldn’t had my check in process . I tried to attend the fitness center , but it was closed and won’t be open before late than 8am , if you are at this city for business trip , you need to leave the hotel early …
I had my worst hotel experience ever in my life. The room they have given me used to be at twin room, separated only by a very thin door. This should not be legal in a civilized country. I was practically sharing my room with a stranger. The guy next room had his TV on all night long. He didn’t change my room and they didn’t make him turn off his goddamn TV. He was a smoker and I could taste his cigarettes in my mouth. The audacity of the hotel crew defending this abberation of a situation was laughable. “Sorry sir, we do not take guest into that room unless we are overbooked!” Then do not rent sub standart rooms to your guests who are oblivious to your incompetence! I have to work with sleep deprivation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel chain. Ps: Breakfast is terrible and the ingredients they use (jam, cheese etc) are below average quality
TO EUROPEAN VISITORS: THIS HOTEL DOES NOT REACH THE SAFETY STANDARD COVID19 RULES PROMOTED BY WYNDHAM GROUP The first day at Breakfast I noticed that most of non-european guests are not wearing masks. They go all around without masks, even in the buffet area. Of course if guests are not following the rules it is a task of the Staff to inform them. This is essential to show that the Staff does efforts to protect the other guests, that might be weak in front of Covid 19. I highligthed it to one waiter and he looked at me as to say: "it is not important". Then I talked to the Manager and let him notice that this is something the Staff should check. We had a gentle discussion, and he agreed. Second day, same story. People going around without mask in restaurant, reception and lifter. This is very serious because it means that my complaint of the previous day were not even took in consideration! This is absolutely bad. We pay to have good services and safe hotels, but unfortunately the management of this Ramada is not able to handle the situation and the Staff is not educated to provide a safe stay to the guests.
