Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Centre

Housekeeping is awesome here in RAMADA.I will be tell Mr Rohit very care full person for me....... stay was so comfortable and cleaning is very good provided by Rohit from housekeeping. The staff behaviour is also good. Special thanks to clean my room everyday nicely

Room was clean and all the basic amenities available free. Had (paid) breakfast in the room, chai and fresh watermelon juice were delicious. Bread basket perfect filled and tasty. Toilet and bathroom were clean, water was hot and the shower had a good pressure. From dental kit to shaving kit all were available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. From the parking to the roomservice perfect. Enough parking available, well lighted. The corridor carpets need a deep cleaning or replacement (carpet in the room aswel) Getting to this location can be a nightmare because a lot of construction work going on around there.

This place is more near to Kanpur than anyone from Lucknow Central. Wedding was about to start and their management was not even placed any names of welcome board forget sitting arrangement. At 9pm starters were placed - they were extra delicious and I appreciate it but ...are you sure you can manage any marriage function ? Every single guest was asking same question - is this 4 star hotel 🏨? They have ample space , great car valet service and yes they win it here but they have to remember - most of their guests come from Lucknow and welcome strategy should be far better. They fail it so easily. I would be happy to meet some of their management and guide them how they can fix and save their legacy if they want.
