Welcoming concierge. Great location. There was a ozsüt, sweets and ice cream shop in the lobby which was great for the kids and my self. The room was quit average even though it was a suite room. Wasn't the cleanest of rooms. Did the job. I was really disappointed with fact that kids under 5 I think wasn't able to go in the swimming pool. Which was upsetting, however there was a children entertainment centre across the road. Overall was a fair hotel. Thank you
We stayed in Malatya for a night first but we decided to hang on for another night. The hotel is nice with a friendly staff specially a receptionist called Osman Ozdemir. He helped us a lot, both in Malatya and he made a reservation in Van for us for the next day. However, Ramada hotel in Van charged us more than usual. We didn't have TL to pay and instead we wanted to pay in dollars whose rating was 18.45TL for each dollar, but they took it for 17$. Can you believe it? It's a kind of fraud! But the hotel in Malatya was good.
