I had the most amazing stay at RAMADA, and I just had to share how impressed I was with everything—from the warm hospitality to the beautiful room setup. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or just answering my questions, they made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. The room was absolutely stunning. It was perfectly clean, cozy, and decorated with such care and elegance. The fresh flowers, soft lighting, and thoughtful little touches made it feel so special and relaxing. Every detail was on point—the bed was super comfortable, the linens smelled amazing, and the whole space had a warm, inviting vibe. I also loved the extra services the hotel offered—like upgraded and most stunning decoqrtation for anniversary , Everything was smooth and stress-free. This stay honestly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back again. Huge thanks To Sahil bhai & everyone at [RAMADA] for making my stay so memorable!

The hotel is fine but given its price a bit better can be expected from it... The rooms look quite old fashioned. The breakfast could have been better as there are only 3 non vegetarian options excluding the omelette or boiled eggs. Those 3 options remain the same everyday. The pool looks nice but I've never used it. Also, one thing yo note here is the no guest policy. All in all, its a bit pricey hotel for the stay.

The hotel looks nice, but it doesn’t truly feel like a five-star experience. If you’re paying extra for a room with a view, be aware that the “king-size” bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. They go out of their way to hide this by making it up like a regular bed, so I didn’t realize until well past midnight—too late to request a room change. Unfortunately, the gap in the middle was uncomfortable, and the beds separated during the night, leading to multiple wake-ups. I also found the hotel’s guest policy unnecessarily strict. I planned to have a friend visit for a drink in my room before we went out for dinner—well before quiet hours. Without me requesting anything, room service arrived with an extra pair of slippers and a toothbrush, and soon after, the front desk called to inform me that I needed to pay an additional charge. Since they were charging for my guest’s mere presence at 7 PM, we figured we might as well get our money’s worth, and they ended up staying the night. When I went to the front desk the next afternoon, I wasn't greeted. Instead the person at the desk sternly asked me if my guest was still there before I could even say hello (which they hadn't been for hours at that point). If you are going to be strict on guests policy, please also match that same energy and be strict on the quality of your beds. The front desk staff was extremely dismissive of my concerns regarding the bed. I've never been to a 5 star hotel that does such a thing. I would expect this from a 3 star property at best. Overall, while the hotel has an upscale appearance, the experience itself doesn’t match the price point.
