Even though the hotel was full of people, the service and the quality of accommodation was perfect. Kind, smiley and professional personnel, the rooms were cleaned and settled up every day and the restaurant was more than ready to serve all these people with delicious food. Especially Mr.Kostas with his team were so helpful and kind that made me feel like home. I suggest your staying there without a doubt!!!
That's one of our new favorite places in Greece. Outstanding location and kind service. Despina and Hussein in the restaurant & lobby bar will make you feel at home. Couldn't recommend it enough.
We are currently staying at the Ramada Hotel in Alexandroupoli and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The entire pool area, beach, and hotel surroundings are infested with ladybugs — and they bite! 🐞 My daughter was scared and uncomfortable, and it was impossible to relax. There are way too many of them, and despite being a well-known seasonal issue, there seems to be no serious effort to manage or prevent it. This is not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We hope the management takes this issue seriously and implements proper pest control measures. Otherwise, it completely ruins the holiday experience — especially for families with children.
