Great people.very helpful . The restaurant on sight was amazing . Room was nice $ cost was great . Will definitely book here when I go back . Large shopping mall across street that has anything you could need while traveling and more
Good clean room, valet service, pool... close to everything, 5-10 min walk to a grocery store in the mall across the street, restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach. Front desk staff speak some english as did a waiter in the hotel restaurant. Friendly service.
Check in lobby is Hot! Arrived early but no early check-in available was told would be called by 3pm 3pm came around still no call. Had to go up to counter to request my room. If I had not gone up there, I probably would have never been called. Wifi does not work in the bottom pool area. One elevator was broken. Good location next to the mall. Spacious room. Free water.
