Ramada Plaza Pudong

I stayed here two times for a duration of 2 weeks each. The first time everything went well. The second one there was a leak in which short circuited the air conditioning unit. The electrician visited 3 times after each short circuit but didn't figure out the issue. The next morning it happened for a fourth time, water started leaking to the floor and I was moved to a different room. The personnel is very friendly, especially the man and woman receptionists who speak very good English. They also provided us with more bottled waters than normal with no charge. The breakfast has many options, especially the hot cuisine ones. The concierge was super helpful helping us arrange taxi service to work multiple times.

Stay for few hours before catching the early morning flight. Room is clean. The shuttle bus service is punctual. Choose this hotel for close proximity to airport.

I from kolkata india stayed here on 6th June with family ..very bad experience you carry bags till the front desk ..good behaviour at front desk and room service but worst behaviour at the breakfast desk at the entry itself I being vegetarian had some chopped fruits and a coffee..left the restaurant went to washroom and returned to have one cup of coffee they bluntly denied to give a cup of coffee if you once leave the restaurant..such cheap behaviour never seen anywhere in my life ..how can they be called a star hotel...I do not give them a single star...can never recommend any Indian to this hotel.
