Great location right next to the airport. I arrived very late and was lucky to catch the shuttle that dropped me off at the hotel and a few minutes away. Check-in was easy. Crystal helped me at the front desk. She was very helpful and accommodating. The bed linens are super comfortable. The pillows are very nice. I slept very well. My experience was good. I do think it would be better if they had a smaller shuttle bus that ran more frequently. But I timed it just right, so the shuttle worked out fine.

Location is probably the most convenient and closest to the airport. Regular shuttle services back and forth, no complaints. However, one of the most annoying things about this hotel was it adapts the local way of doing things - ppl cutting in line..and it’s a norm here. Room service was not great at all. The waitress who delivered food was rude and carried no smile on her face. No thank you no greeting no door holding…as if she had problem hearing and expressing. Terrible!

I'm a businesswoman, and I'm usually very understanding of service lapses, but this experience was too horrible not to share. I'm simply sharing this because I don't want what happened to us to happen to anybody else! We were two ladies travelling for 18 hours, managed to catch the last shuttlebus out of the airport at 3.30 am, and walked into the lobby right after. There were 4 people at the reception,2 men and 2 ladies. Nobody offered to help with the bags, not even the men. That's fine, probably the local hotel culture. Then one of the men checked us in, no smile, just a dont-care attitude. That's fine, it's 4am. He's probably just tired - we tried to lighten the mood by being lighthearted and joking and smiling. A porter gentleman comes and finally helps us with our bags to the room. The keycard keeps beeping "no access" and doesn't accept our card. The porter takes the keys, goes to the reception, and returns with new keys. It's still the same problem. We meddle with the door handle and accidentally press the doorbell. Im confused, but the porter is horrified! "There is already someone in the room!" he says and runs away with our bags towards the lift. The reception man had given us keys to A ROOM WITH A GUEST ALREADY IN IT!!! We were shocked! This was the first time in our lives that this happened. My colleague and I grab the rest of the bags and hurry away. But the guest (a man) in the room BURSTS out, furious, out the door in a towel. He looked like he was about to beat whoever was outside the door - and of course, that's understandable! Imagine ur in bed at 4 am, and you can hear someone trying to use a key to open ur room door, meddling with the handle and finally ringing the doorbell? He must have thought we were trying to break in! We immediately apologised and said we got the wrong room. If we were men, it might have been dangerous if we didn't apologise. When we came down to the reception, the porter was yelling at them. But the receptionist (one of the ladies this time) had a look on her face, no apology to us, not a comp, nothing. Didn't give one flying ####. If our card had worked, we would have walked in on a sleeping guest(or worse). Watch out for this if you stay here. Do mention this incident, and tell the reception you DONT want this happening to u!
