Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kusadasi

Last year we've had a great time, so we decided to spend our holiday this year also there. But a few problems, 1st really poor room cleanness, dust everywhere, not been hoovered at all, hair in the shower hair around the sink. Then after the 3rd night when we were supposed to get our room cleaned and linen changed, nothing we had to ask to at least get our bed done. Worst of all cleanness wise in my brother's room there was a piece of glass which he stepped on and hurt his foot... Second thing is that last year the animation team was amazing, this year, as it seems it is not hotel employed animation but agency and they were not good at all. Really sad to say all that, as we recommended the hotel to all our friends and family...

The resort is in an ok location, the suite we had was a 2 bedroom. Not a cup /spoon was in the kitchen so we had to borrow from the restaurant. The resort had issue with water one day and no electricity on another. The fridge was supposed to be refilled daily which it wasn’t…,, Never were the soap/ shampoo dispensers The food was only warm never had a hot meal There were glasses and plates left in the stairs. No order in the restaurant for kids not bringing scooters or balls in! Far too noisy during the day. We have stayed in different hotels inc and this wouldn’t hold a candle to any of them. The staff were amazing and very friendly Would not be coming back!

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. The food was terrible and the service was somehow even worse. The hotel is completely overcrowded, mainly with Turkish guests, and if you're British, I’d strongly suggest staying away. There’s only one lifeguard responsible for three pools — when he’s not on his phone or just wandering around. The pool had to be shut five times in ten days due to people defecating in it. Completely unacceptable. They charged €65 just to keep the room for four more hours on our last day. You're not allowed to eat in the lobby, the power constantly cuts out — you name the issue, this hotel has it. Nowhere near the beach, and despite being advertised as a golf resort, the nearest course is a 45-minute drive away. Avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced, poor service, and an overall miserable experience.
