Ramada Resort by Wyndham Sapanca Thermal

It was a great experience. The resort is very quiet and far from city noise — perfect for families looking to relax. Everything was clean, including the rooms, pools, and restaurants. The food was good with a variety of high-quality options. I stayed in a Banglov room and paid around $223 per night, which I found worth the price. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The place also felt very safe and secure. However, there were a few downsides: there were no adult activities, no towels in the bathroom, and no closed parking. Still, I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful family getaway.

A great child-friendly hotel where you can spend time with your family. You can relax with plenty of oxygen in a unique forest view. You can be sure that you will find one click more than what you are looking for. Thanks to the staff for their friendliness.

Room space is good but needs to renew the sheets and pillows. Location is good but to reach the hotel the road is small and nothing around the hotel. Check in / out is fast. Food is good and variety. Room service is very poor and this is not Ramada standers. When ask for maintenance take almost 2 hours to come to open safety box and fix jacuzzi. Also, house keeper after finish cleaning, left her used sheet outside my room till next day. Duty manager not available I ask to complaining he is not around day or night as per receptionist. I would to appreciate Mr. Melih who speak english well and was very helpful, kind and speak professionally.
