I stayed at the end of July. It was a quick getaway for my husband, my brother and his wife for their wedding anniversary. A few days prior to our holiday, I received a call asking if it was a special occasion. On our arrival we found a beautiful bottle of red wine waiting for us on the dining room table, we stayed in room 405. Our room was exceptional, well appointed, very clean and the view was sensational. Our room had been renovated including lift and surrounds. The pools were clean and amazing. We stayed mid week, there was renovation work happening but it wasn't a big deal. I'm not sure about the other rooms but ours was a 3 bed apartment, it was well worth the drive to shoal bay. 10/10 for this resort from us.

We were looking for a nice hotel to escape the rain on our roadtrip and the Ramada hotel absolutely exceeded all our expectations ! The price/quality was amazing, as we got ourselves a nice studio with a lot of space. The inside pool was an highlight with 3 warm small jacuzzi to escape the cold. Also the hotel is providing a free laundry room with washing powder ! Our receptionist Chloe has been perfect, giving us all the informations for the parking and the hotel amenities on top of a very welcoming customer service to be sure we got everything we needed ! Thanks a lot to her again !!!

The only good thing about this place is the location & the indoor pool and spa. The rooms are dated, the service non existent but the biggest issue is the lack of hygiene/cleanliness. We stayed in winter, so not a very busy time. The plates and cutlery weren’t he drawers but still with food on them my daughter used the spa bath, and AFTER she used it I noticed a layer of dirt the could only have meant it wasn’t cleaned properly. The view is beautiful, but not all of the windows facing the street have dressing- this is a huge privacy concern and made me feel very unsafe.
