We came here on a day pass to visit the Dead Sea as it is only a short walk down to the sea. The hotel provides a shuttle bus also. It's such a beautiful hotel. We didn't stay here as we stayed in Amman. so I can't comment on rooms. The outdoor pools were lovely as to the jacuzzi. The grounds are really pleasant with lovely vistas of the Dead Sea. We will definitely stay here at some point. Staff helpful & welcoming. The Dead Sea is amazing. Floating felt so fabulous. Being smothered in the mud is quite an experience. Do take care not to get the salt water in your eyes. Always have a bottle of water to rinse them & a clean cloth/towel. There are showers/changing rooms and sun loungers by the Dead Sea A fantastic staff member happy to capture photos for you. A truly memorable time was had x
We had a pleasant one-night stay in two rooms. The hotel has a great family atmosphere, with a nice swimming pool and comfortable beds. The singer and evening pool party were an enjoyable highlight. However, there are some significant areas for improvement, mainly concerning cleanliness. We noticed a bad odor in the elevators and bathrooms, and our rooms lacked basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and coffee/tea. A wider variety of breakfast items would also be appreciated. I believe these issues could be easily resolved with more staff
Pros: Nice hotel Nice pool Hot tub Free mud for guests at Dead Sea Staff were kind and helpful. Cons: The shuttle bus - doesn’t run when the beach is open and isn’t reliable. It’s not a short walk. It’s long. The hotel should invest in golf carts and drive guests to the beach during all hours it’s open. It really ruined the experience for me having to walk so far in the hot sun. Many amenities were not open like the shop or the cafe. The waterslides don’t work. The pool bar is barely functioning. The Dead Sea beach is awful. The chairs are gross. There is very little updated. It’s not nice. There’s not many guests yet they didn’t put me in a room with a better view of the sea. Not the best service. The hotel needs to invest a little more in the beach and better transportation.
