We liked mostly everything. The location is amazing especially with the mountain view! The food was good. The receptionist told us about so many interesting things to visit. Everything was clean and kept clean during our stay. The location of the hotel permits visiting so many beautiful places nearby! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice. We didn't like the fact that at the pool not all the installations were working in the water. Also the bistro-bar at the pool is closed in summer. So if you want to stay the whole day at the pool you don't have any possibility to eat but just if you go in that space with your own food or get dressed and eat ouside the hotel. Also, at breakfast the rules do not allow making sandwiches and taking them out.
Excellent location in the centre of KG. Right at the bottom of the slopes. Lovely staff. Tired rooms but very clean and fantastic views. Spa was closed ( not sure why) but weather beautiful so it didn’t matter.
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an okay experience. Everyone was very nice. It's very easy to go from the rooms to the ski slopes so that is a must if your goal is to ski. We had breakfast and dinner included only. The first night though, our room had a heater that wasn't working properly and the hair dryer did not work at all. We complained the next day and they were very quick to try to repair everything. Although in the end it was not repaired and they had to give us another room. The switch was also very smooth and we did not have problems with that. The pool is very nice especially the hot pool. The only issue was that in the time we went there, there was a lot of noise because of so many kids running around and jumping into the pool. Which can happen because they're kids but I was not fond of that. So maybe it's better to enjoy the pool while everyone's skiing. The food was okay. There was a day or two during dinner that there were one or two really good dishes but other than that, the dishes were only okay. Not a lot of choice and some (just a few) dishes are reused during multiple nights. The only real complaint is the bathroom. I don't know if the rooms are all like that, but the bathtub has a moving glass which the goal is to prevent water from going to the floor, but it doesn't do anything. The glass is not fixed at the bottom, so the water goes to the floor anyway and it's always wobbly which gets annoying because it's always moving to the sides.
