Ramada Resort Kumbhalgarh

We went there for kids birthday on weekend. They also did the complimentary room decoration and also cake for our child. The food was good. South Indian food can be little improved but north Indian food was good. The staff were polite. Special mention Bicky, Keshav ji for their hospitality. Also during our stay it was raining for 1 day and it was awesome weather to enjoy from room balcony. Location is good. Game room needs some improvement.

I stayed at this property for one night, paying ₹13,000 for a room, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Food Quality • The food was simply the worst I have ever had at any hotel. • After a disappointing lunch, I informed the staff, hoping dinner would improve, but dinner was somehow even worse. • My concerns about food quality weren’t taken seriously, and nothing changed. In-Room Facilities • The in-room facilities were in awful condition. • The biggest shock was when the exhaust fan in the washroom fell down on my head—an entirely unacceptable safety hazard. • Beyond this incident, the room itself was nowhere near the standard I expected for the price I paid. Service • The only positive aspect was the manager, who was good and tried to be helpful. • However, the staff did not address most issues, and my complaints led to no real resolution. Final Verdict Even with a helpful manager, nothing could make up for the terrible food, hazardous room conditions, and poor value for money. For ₹13,000 a night, I expected a restful, luxurious experience—not the series of disappointments and safety concerns that ruined my stay. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
