This is my third time to stay at RAMADA SHANGHAI Wujiaochang. I am glad that the hotel is now going through a remodeling construction phase. The 3rd and 5th floors are at the reconstruction at the moment. The hotel has a all-you-can-eat morning buffet with 30 different items at $7 (50 RMB) per person, which can satisfy most common visitors. A walking distance to the subway line 10 is not far, which usually takes 10 minutes. From the subway station, you can visit a newly opened underground plaza where there are 13 exits.
It's the worst experience. The room was not clean, and there were some used condoms in the room. The staff cannot speak English.
No.1 elevators of the hotel was damaged , it vibrated while running and stop under the correct floor about 10cm , it is so dangerous for the guest safety , the hotel didn’t take the action at all and keep it run as normal , when we report it to the manager, he think its normal and just to stop the elevator and no explanation, in fact, this damage had been reported to the reception several days ago, but it also run as normal without any action because it occurred occasionally, the management is so terrible for this, thanks !
