I had a wonderful stay at Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa in Pune. Right from the check-in process, the experience was smooth and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Pradosh from the front office, who was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm hospitality truly made a difference. The food at the hotel was another highlight — delicious, well-presented, and offering a great variety. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and taste exceeded expectations. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and amazing hospitality. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Pune!

Excellent property with 5 star amenities. All the needs of the guests are met with utmost courtesy. It is always a very pleasant stay.The staff in the front office department are very good, they are very helpful in everything. The front office manager is a very nice person.
