5-Star Experience at Ramee Guestline Resort, Attibele 🌿 I recently stayed at Ramee Guestline Resort, Attibele and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Right from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, relaxing, and full of warm hospitality. A special mention to Meghna, her professionalism and courteous nature truly stood out. She ensured all our needs were taken care of promptly and with a genuine smile. Along with her, the entire staff team was extremely polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, a clean and well-managed pool, and serene surroundings that make it perfect for a peaceful getaway from the city. The rooms were neat, spacious, and comfortable, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety. I highly recommend Ramee Guestline Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing break near Bangalore with family, friends, or even for corporate events. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel over the past three days. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The reception staff were especially warm and welcoming — a big thank you to Meghana and Deepak for their outstanding support throughout our stay. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making us feel truly at home. We requested a room change, and the process was handled quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The food was also fantastic — we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, a great experience with top-notch service. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

There are limited staff in the dining area. If a large crowd arrives, only two service staff and two chefs are available to manage all the orders, resulting in a waiting time of more than 30 minutes after placing an order. The manager appears to be the only person handling all the issues. Hiring a few more staff members would help reduce the waiting time and improve customer service. When we requested additional services, such as an extra bed, it took 5 to 6 calls before it was provided. Although I informed them in advance that I would be stepping out and asked them to arrange the bed earlier, they didn’t do it. After I returned to my room, I found the bed had been set up. I was surprised to learn that housekeeping accessed my room with a master key card, even though the room had already been allotted to me. While none of my belongings were disturbed, I feel this procedure is not appropriate. Once a room is assigned, housekeeping should not access it without the guest’s permission. As for the food, the taste was average — neither particularly good nor bad. During the complimentary breakfast, if guests need anything additional, the chefs and service staff are not responsive. Everyone seems disorganized, walking around without attending to customer needs. On a positive note, the ambiance is excellent, and the room itself is very good. However, the hotel clearly needs more staff and a stronger focus on customer service to provide a better overall experience.
