Had a great experience at Ramee International,I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out as the best spot for unwinding after a long day at work. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for business travelers or anyone looking to relax. The staff here are incredibly cooperative and always ready to help with a smile. Special mention to Rakesh from the housekeeping team – his attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is truly impressive. My room was spotless every day, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!
I had a pleasant stay at Rammer International (Ramee International Surat) and wanted to share a few standout points: The front desk staff were courteous and warm, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. A special shout-out to the bell boys—they were prompt, helpful, and truly enhanced our stay. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, contributing to a comfortable and hygienic environment. Located in an up-and-coming area away from the market crowds, the hotel offered a peaceful escape with the added convenience of ample parking. Update: While Google mentions that there’s no gym, the property does feature a well-equipped fitness centre, as confirmed by multiple booking sites and the hotel's official amenities list . So fitness enthusiasts can definitely keep up with their workout routine.
Stayed here on professional/ business trip on 31st July and 01 August 25. Explicitly, it is not mentioned that it's a pure vegetarian hotel except once when you check-in. Though largely I am vegetarian, but certainly I am not comfortable with this imposed value system (of being vegetarian), more so when I am a hotel guest. I have enjoyed a great vegetarian spread at many hotels but here even that was lacking. The buffet spread was definitely frugal. On the day of check out in the morning (which was little rushed as I had to catch a flight) as I prepared to pay the bill, the person at the reception told me that bill will be prepared only after my room is checked by the housekeeping staff if I have consumed anything from the in-room snack bar. After 5 minutes or so, I was told that one mineral water bottle cap seal was broken. I was surprised as I had two hectic days and had no time to even see what was inside the little refrigerator in the room. The hotel staff agreed that no water had been consumed from that mineral water bottle but since the seal was broken, I have to pay for it. Despite my pleadings that I am checking out leaving 2-3 water bottles intact in my room and perhaps some previous guest or the cleaning staff may have broken the bottle seal, the hotel staff sensing my urgency to catch the flight, insisted that I pay for the bottle. Finally, I was forced to pay for an inflated- priced water bottle which I had not consumed. The issue was not about the money but the utter disregard and insensitivity of the hotel staff towards a guest's viewpoint. So anybody even after reading this checks in this hotel, please have the room boy first take out the entire snacks/soft drink/juice/water bottles, inspect them for their intactness and only thereafter stay in that room. Repeat this process daily as during the day, the cleaning staff perhaps may help themselves to some in-room snacks and you may have to pay for the highly inflated priced stuff when you are checking out!
