My stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything I needed. A special thanks to Akansha for her kind attitude and helpfulness during my stay, which added to the comfort of my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay
I personally liked the whole experience there The rooms were fresh and clean and the service was great The location is also amazing and the staffs ware sweet aswell Usha was exceptionally welcoming and helpful during my stay. Her professionalism and kind nature truly made the experience feel like home I recommend everyone to visit
The room felt like a cell, with the bathroom door opening directly onto the bed. The AC was excessively loud. The towels were very old and torn, and the room smelled bad. They were cooperative and changed the room to a better one. Furthermore, despite paying the full booking amount via the Agoda App, I was charged a hidden tax of 3.3 dinar per night, which should have been collected through the app, not from me.
