I had a truly wonderful stay, and I would especially like to commend the outstanding service and hospitality extended by the hotel staff throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Sooraj, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. He was always prompt, helpful, and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and smooth. His dedication to guests’ satisfaction is commendable. Danish was also extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Each morning, I was greeted warmly by Madame *Ansumita,* whose pleasant smile and kind demeanor gave me a great start to the day. She was always helpful — whether it was with handing over parcels or my breakfast — and made mornings brighter. Aniker provided gentle and respectful service, always polite and attentive, making every interaction feel genuinely pleasant. Taruna was a delight to meet every evening. After a long day at work, her warm and sweet nature was truly refreshing and added a personal touch to the stay. Shishir was very polite and friendly, often providing helpful updates, thoughtful suggestions, and valuable consultations during my time there. And last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to Omkar ji — without his support and coordination, this stay would not have been possible. His efforts made a lasting impact on my overall experience. I will definitely be recommending this place to my colleagues, consultants, and friends. Exceptional service and a genuinely caring team made my stay truly memorable.

Hello, Dubai. We visited this hotel 2 weeks ago. The food was ok like some of them are cold but it was ok. Beef doesn't have been cleaned. Environment was ok according to price. They must need to be work on quality of food. Thanks

These guys are arrogant pricks. I checked in and luckily found someone from my city at the lobby who told he had had stayed there and had bedbug bites. I left right away (left the bags in the room for less than 1 hour) and they wouldn’t refund me. Same friend who had stayed here mentioned that people party until the morning and it’s hard to sleep. Elevators are super busy. Yucky place in general, honestly. As you enter the lobby and go by elevators you’ll realize. Make a u turn and leave
