Rand Tower Hotel Minneapolis A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Excellent rehab of a historic office tower. We've stayed several times and find the rooms well kept and very luxurious. The beds and bedding are top notch, as are the finishes and furnishings. It's safe to park on the street for $3/hr., free from 10pm to 8am. The bar and restaurant are good, and the fifth floor weekend brunch is nicely done. There are also many great restaurants within easy walking distance. As a smaller hotel the front desk is sometimes overwhelmed, and service requests can be slow. Being friendly goes a long way, though. Be nice to people and they'll be nicer to you. 🙂

Love, love, love this hotel! Our favorite spot in the mini apple! Since it is located in the financial district it is not busy on the weekends and that is the best time to visit!!! Not busy in the hotel or around it, 5 min walk to First Ave and Target Center lots of dining and drinking options near by. My most recommended hotel in Minneapolis!

It does depend on what room you get. I had got the first time a corner room that was super tiny and I wasn't thrilled but it had a great View. The second time I stayed here I got a grand Queen Suite with two queen beds wrap around windows. Me and the kids were thrilled it was very spacious. Me and the kids were down for a funeral and we felt as if we were royalty while staying here while staying here.
