Stopped in for dinner tonight. I had steak, eggs, and chips with mushroom sauce, steak was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was delicious. My mother ordered the beef burger with chips, the bun was so soft and fresh, and the burger was nicely filling. I have to add the house sav was really nice too. We were going to have dessert but were too full.

Went for tea here tonight, the lady that served us was lovely but that was it. Steak was the size of my fist and was well over cooked, which was mentioned to lady bringing it out and she reckoned it was correct. meals were cold my steak on my steak sandwich as thin as hell and like rubber. Was asked if we wanted cake brought out with out table being cleared my response was once the tables were clear would be lovely, went to go and pay and duty manager comes out and tells us someone needed to pay for whole group as it’s too hard to work out payment but we were told this could be done right at start. Tried telling duty manager about how we found the meals and he didn’t responsed . He was very rude would not Recommend prices for theses size of meals are day light robbery, we tried talking to duty manger regarding all this but dismissed from him and wouldn’t talk to us about our issues. No one ate all their meals…

Appalling service and meals. We were a group of 15 who had booked well in advance for dinner. Our waiter was fantastic and while taking all out meals, wrote our names beside our order so the bill could be spilt at the end. I ordered a medium rare steak ($49) after discussing this with the waiter who said it was worth the price. What arrived was certainly not a 200g steak, was cooked well done and as chewy as ever. I was not the only person who was delivered an awful meal. Not once were we asked how our meal was. We had made it very clear throughout eating it was awful meals and were told we had been given the correct meals. We quickly realised we had made a bad call coming here for our group dinner. It was a birthday celebration and staff brought the cake out without clearing our half eaten meal dishes despite our group asking so multiple times. We cleared our own table and left them in the bar. When paying, we all informed the duty manager of the issues with our meals who laughed, smiled and said he knew they were bad but there was nothing he can do about it before asking us to pay the full bill as one as it was too hard for him to seperate the bill. We made a big mistake coming here, don’t do the same.
