Amazing hotel. The food was phenomenal and staff went above and beyond to make us happy and were very attentive. The hotel location has a really nice beach area. The walk on the beach is so peaceful and you can see so many fish swimming by on the sandbar. Very cool. Highly recommend!!

1. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff: The hotel's staff was consistently unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude towards guests. This behavior created a hostile atmosphere and made the overall experience unpleasant. 3. Slow response time: The staff was slow in responding to requests and inquiries, resulting in frustration and inconvenience for guests. It seemed as though their lack of urgency contributed to a low-quality level of service. 4. Poor communication skills: The hotel staff struggled with effective communication, leading to misunderstandings and confusion. Their inability to convey information clearly added to the frustration and dissatisfaction experienced by guests. 5. Inadequate problem resolution: When faced with issues or complaints, the hotel staff failed to provide satisfactory solutions. They either ignored the problems or attempted to shift the blame onto guests, leaving them feeling unsupported and unheard. 6.
