Everything is as advertised....friendly customer service .....5 star restaurants all around......mall is located on lower level and plenty of excursions. Definitely will repeat trip..

You would think being in the heart of Sandton would be amazing. But we had not been able to rest after a long trip coming from London. The Hard Rock Cafe plays the loudest music until early hours of the morning. Than you get people shouting and singing loud on the square. When you call the reception and ask them what can be done, they took forever to answer the phone and said they can't do anything. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful sleep. On top of that, the hotel is old and tired. Not sure how they are still rated 5 stars.
