It was a brilliant experience. Value for money indeed. Cleanliness, comfort, convenience were all at its highest. Walking distance to the Ottaviano metro station which gives you quick and easy access to all tourists attractions the city has to offer. Vatican city is just 5 minutes walk away. You would find Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies etc. around the block... "Julio" was very helpful and even arranged an airport transfer for our early morning flight at short notice... we would definitely come back!

Couldn't recomment enough! The place has great location - 5min walk to the vatican city. There are many restaurants, bars and stores nearby. We had breakfast included - at a cafe right across the street which consisted of a coffee and a croissant. Would definitely recommend the place to others visiting Rome.

Хороший дворик внутри дома. Комнаты небольшие, выходят на шумный проспект, реально шумный, окна спасают, но не полностью. Хозяин устроил скандал из-за 5 минут при чек-ауте - будьте внимательны ко времени выезда 🤣 P.S. Dear owner. I carefully checked timing for that day - I admit we missed your message day before about leaving at 10.00 sharp and I insist that we had to leave your apartment at 10.13 having only 10 minutes to pack our bags after phone conversation with you.
