Nice condo within easy reach of everywhere

This is by far the most noisy Condo i have ever stayed in! Since 6 months they are renovating something in building D, it's really nerve wrecking. Additional there are some noises from the staff starting early in the morning because down my room it's their place for resting and eating. The Pool is average, mostly not very clean. The staff by itself is very nice and helpful, that is the good thing i can say. But i am looking forward to end my contract and i won't come back again

@⁨Chandu G N⁩ 👇 We started our holidays with high hopes and enthusiasm but it was quickly doused when we got the pocession of our respective rooms The rooms were very congested and crampy to start off and so were the toilets and the shower The sheets were not fresh and we could smell the sweat of the previous occupants The toilets were so crampy that made it unusually difficult to use and so were shower. And to beat it the water from the shower leaked around the enclosure and startedto flow towards the main living area The staff were so very inconsiderate that they made us feel unwelcomed from the moment we stepped into the place Despite we having breakfast included in our booking we had to constantly stand in front of the front desk in the restaurant everyday to prove that we do have brekky included in our booking, which was so embarrassing for all the days that we stayed there The very room which was allocated to us was not having a proper working air conditioner, after continuous complaining they changed the room not before l stayed in that hot and humid room for two nights Overall this is a place with the highest level of dysfunctionality and non courteous staff. Avoid this place if you can at any cost. The neighboring signature hotel is 3 times a better place than citrus grand and even the locals approved this place Make yourself a favor by avoiding this citrus grande place
