It is all good. But quite difficult to get parking at the hotel. Especially during daytime. They have a small entrance from the main street and quite hard to park.
I wanted to rate 3stars but that would be too harsh because they are just minor problems. But i’ll drop the cmt here for the hotel to improve hopefully 😁 Lighting is not designed for women to makeup . I can’t makeup at the desk. So i have to use mirror in the bathroom but no space to place my makeup bag. (Only girls would understand) I stayed for 2 nights. So I asked for instant coffee of the 2nd night but he directed me to have the coffee at the restaurant. That is not the deal I want so I just waived. Sounds selfish? Yeah cuz im not rich and I love freebies 🤣 Another one is swimming pool ទឹកមេីលទៅរាងល្អក់ maybe it was after KNY , that many guests swam alot so yeah. That’s it cuz I still swam tho and had fun so yeah I hope female receptionist smile more. Overall, it’s no big deal. If this sounds harsh, you tell me and I’ll remove. The room is cleaned. Has lift. Cold A/C. soft mattress.
Points to Improve: - Fix the Aircon - Fix the water heater - Get rid of cockroaches in the room (especially on the fourth floor) - Fix the lighting in the room Rooms and building were not as nice as the ones shown on the pictures on booking websites. (But this is just my opinion I guess) One good point: it was kid friendly. The pool was very nice.
